The Process

I use a holistic style of life coaching to help you, that is, helping you reach your goals by focusing on the whole person’s approach to health and wellness through personal development and your physical health. This means helping you, not only with your physical wellbeing but also your mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. The different parts of you cannot be separated so what ever area we use as a starting point will impact every part of your life.

 

You are a unique and spiritual soul and therefore our one-to-one sessions will be totally tailored to you using a blend of tools, exercises, NLP techniques and guided visualisations or mental rehearsals as I like to think of them. These will help you to connect to your inner child, the playful, curious and creative part of you that wants you to live courageously and feel emotionally resilient, authentic, healthy and loved.

What are Neurological Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques?

I work as a free-flowing coach. That is, that I like to work with whatever you bring along to our sessions. However, to help you with your desired changes means trying new ways of doing things and often interrupting patterns of behaviour. We all get stuck in a certain way of doing things and wonder why we don't see change. The past does shape us but it is the past and it doesn't have to stop us from moving forward and fulfilling our dreams and desires. 

NLP techniques are simply a set of tools which, very often, can take us from one way of thinking about something to a new more desirable way of thinking about something. Thoughts become feelings which become behaviours. Good and bad. The aim of NLP techniques is to unpack limiting behaviours and beliefs and replace them with abilities and a state of mind that is empowering and life enhancing. With the right thoughts you really can achieve great things from finding love to losing weight and letting go of fears that hold you back from living a full life.
