Harmonizing - A Personal Growth and Wellbeing Program
This gentle but thought provoking program enables you to continue your journey of self-awareness and self-love. It encourages you to explore ideas further and in more depth.
It also adds new elements such as likening your resilience skills to nature and helping you to observe and be in flow with your natural rhythms and blossom like the beauty that you are.
Each course is powerful, potentially life-changing and empowering, wherever you decide to start your journey. The important part is starting.
Both courses require your full commitment to complete them. Ideally no more than a two week break between a session or module is recommended. This is so they have the most impact and create positive change for you.
On some weeks there may be some activities to do at home in preparation for the next session or module. Each course has it's own unique workbook for you to write in and it is recommended that you keep some kind of journal alongside your participation in the course, to record your thoughts, feelings and insights.
