The Harmonizing Wellbeing Program is a gentle 10 module course designed to optimise your personal growth and wellbeing. It will guide you systematically to build pillars of confidence, energy, resilience and courage needed to help you confidently embrace the life, until now, you've only dreamed about.
Through a combination of talking, listening, written and creative activities and gentle guided meditation you will taken through 5 steps.
These steps have been designed by observing nature's robust systems for growth. Using the same guiding principles, we too can learn to live, grow and thrive in a sustainable way.

STEP ONE: YOU ARE DESIGNED TO LIVE CONFIDENTLY
The Harmonizing Wellbeing Program is based on the truth that each living organism begins as a seedling or a cell, with the potential to become a fully manifested expression of its true potential.
STEP TWO: YOU ARE DESIGNED TO BE RESILIENT
In the same way a seedling requires nourishing soil to activate its journey of growth, each plant, microbe, animal or human must find a nourishing and non-toxic environment to activate it's potential.
As a precious, unique individual you must too cultivate an inner environment of self-lov, self-compassion and positivity to give yourself the best opportunity to emerge into your true self.
STEP THREE: YOU ARE DESIGNED WITH AN INNER LIFE BALANCE SYSTEM.
Imagine your life as a flourishing garden in need of rhythmical care and constant attention to optimise the conditions for growth. Instead of struggling through life like a wilted flower, you make a commitment to live a whole, healthy, vibrant and nourished life, beginning by tuning into your natural rhythms of energy and fatigue. From this place you make a promise to honour your own needs and form a nourishing and sustainable model for living.
STEP FOUR: TOU ARE DESIGNED TO BE COURAGEOUS
Some climbing roses fulfil their potential by rising up to dizzy heights whilst others live contentedly close to the Earth. Each rose is guided ny an innate intelligence that will guide its path towards its full blossoming. Like the rose, you too have an inner intelligence which guides you life towards joy, meaning and fulfilment., if you are willing to tune in and listen.
Flexibility, movement and change are essential for you to thrive. Beyond your feelings of vulnerability, your attachments, your desire to control and your fears, you will discover love, excitement, freedom, creativity and deep joy.
Resisting your inner truth can feel more painful than trusting your inner knowing. Learning to habitually face your fears with courage is the only way your true self can truly emerge.
